In the event of a refund or cancellation, both the Consultant and the Client agree to the following:
Before the work begins: A full refund of any prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client.
After the work begins but before service is fulfilled: A partial refund of the prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client based upon the portion of work completed.
After the service is fulfilled: No refund shall be issued to the Client.
If the Consultant cancels the service for any reason prior to fulfillment, a full refund shall be issued to the Client.
The amount of the refund shall be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of service cancellation.
After the fulfillment of service has taken effect, the Client may not be eligible for a refund and may still be entitled to pay the Consultant.
